The closest restaurant to the château is also one of the area’s happy surprises: La Table d’Henry, at the Pont Cochon — on the very same road as the château, 2 minutes by car or a 10-minute walk. Set within the walls of an old inn, it is still known to locals by its former name, the Auberge du Pont Cochon.
In the kitchen: fresh market produce, a weekday lunch menu, several set menus and homemade desserts, with a fine selection of wines and house cocktails. The house holds the Maître Restaurateur title, the French state distinction guaranteeing that everything is cooked on site from raw ingredients. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and has its own car park.
